Peter and the Magic Salmon

Blending storytelling and visual design, this project aims to bring new life to an ancient Italian fairytale.

Set in a Sami village deep in the snowy landscapes of Lapland, the story follows Pietro, a young fisherman, and Astrid, the village chief’s daughter, as they embark on a journey through the wilderness to rescue their reindeer friend, learning to work together along the way.

The project includes ten illustrated panels that bring the story to life, an animated teaser, and a recipe book showcasing three cranberry-based dishes inspired by the story’s setting.
